Well, while google calendar is doable it is tedious. It is java based and so window-eyes does not recognize the clickable aspects of the calendar so that that aspect of the calendar is activated.
I've chosen to get around this by using my cell phone and txt messaging to scheduel things on the calendar. Google documents I have not worked with but form activating their webpage for use I know they had an inaccessible capcha. Hope this helps a bit. BTW: as for othe onlin calendars I could not find one that worked well. -----Original Message----- From: Mary Otten [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Thursday, November 13, 2008 11:21 PM To: [email protected] Subject: on line calendar and document sharing Hello folks, I'm in a group that is seriously considering moving to on line calendar and document sharing using google calendar and google documents. Had anybody had experience with these features using WE? How usable are they? And if they are not easily and efficiently usable, do you have other more accessible suggestions for on line calendaring and document sharing, storage and collaboration? Thanks.
