Michael, So I understand; however, I have had many occasions when the key combination would not restart window eyes until I had gone to the desktop. perhaps it's a vista issue, or not, I don't know. it's only a "grasping at straws" suggestion for someone who was unable to restart window eyes once it had crashed.
