Hi Brenda,

Setting the format offset should solve the problem for normal view. However, before you try that, I think I've got it! Turn Format offset off. I assume it's the Control-L, Control-E, and Control-R keys you're concerned about. So try this. Assign each of them as cursor keys in your Word set file. For the action to be performed, select Cursor position. This way, if you accidentally hit any of these keys you'll hear the resulting cursor position. I hope this does the trick.
