This may be premature, but any idea as to what the price of the 7.2 to 7.5
upgrade will be?

I don't think they have accurate figures. I don't think they even pay
attention to some of us anymore. Heck out of my last several calls about
problems half the time they can't even help. Even when I know there is an
anser. I know this because when XP first came out
they gave me a work around to get the spell checker to work on my net
system. When I couldn't remember the setting they had sugested before, they
didn't remember. In fact I couldn't even get it through there heads as to
why I needed to use f7 rather then the function
key. The problem is the way they kept telling me never does punctuation or
grammer. Something I needed. Because of this my net system still has
problems. So for several years now I had to put up with a system with
several areas not working. There last sugestion was
to reinstall everything. It didn't help either, and I don't have the money
or time to send them the system. And when you come right down to it there
anser is to always upgrade to get rid of the problem. I had to stop doing
that after finding out that at least twice
the upgrade they were sugesting didn't solve the problem at all. Of course
I was only told this after 1400 dollors of programs I didn't need. Don't
get me wrong, I like window eyes. It is more stable then anything else I
have tried and has always been that way sence I
started using it during vertion 3 I just can't figure out why they make the
picks they do. The brows feature has been messed up sence day one. I know
it hasn't for everyone. It is the programs I have to use. Still I am
getting tired of always waiting for the next
vertion to solve the problem. They always say it will be in the next
vertion, then we hear it has been put off again. I am beginning to belive
they do what they have figured out what they can fix and skip the items they
haven't figured out what they need to do.
After all sometimes all you have to do is put in the time to fix
something.
At other times you have to come up with a new way of looking at the
problem, before you can spend the time fixing it.
However, I think the main reason they do what they do is because they
are working with top noch systems and programs. Most likely the people with
the same sort of systems and programs see the same needs as the people at
GW. While many of the rest of us are using
outdated programs and systems.
Well anyways It will be intresting to see what the new vertion does. With
luck it will help with how many other programs it can interface with.
