My apologies, I wrote that late at night!

I meant to say "active appointments" view; the phone list view is how I have
my contacts setup.

In either case, in outlook 2003, you go to the view menu, choose "arrange
by", choose "current view", and in this menu you can either choose "active
appointments" for calendars, or "phone list" for contacts. I'm sure it's
very similar in outlook 2007/2010, but I can check tomorrow when I'm back at
work.

hth,

Chip

Hey Chip and others

How do you change the calendar to phone list view?
Best regards
