I would be interested in that also. It seems like it's happening more and more these days. It comes where there would normally be an apostrophe. I wonder why only certain emails have that, is it from a certain writing program? I have all punctuation turned off for the screen but that doesn't eliminate those circumflexes from coming through. Hope somebody has an answer.
