Veronica,
The choice is up to you. You can load the original file and carry the
association across multiple programs, or if you prefer, you can save the
file with different names and duplicate its definitions.
FYI, the major changes to all past Window-Eyes versions, including the
big one from 7.2 to 7.5, can be found on our version history page at
http://www.gwmicro.com/Window-Eyes/Version_History/.
