The greatest problem I continue to experience with recent WE changes is
that the manual has been pared down to a point where to find detailed
information I am finding it necessary to consult development
documentation. For example, I am finding no documentation regarding the
XML spec for the configuration files. I can figure it out from reading
the files, but it would save a lot of time if I could access a description.

I have a similar experience regarding the directory structure. I
discovered that when I create a set file it is under application data in
XP. I have not been able to find this information in the manual.

Finally, and I called support on this one a month or so ago, I now know
that I can indeed have individual hot keys defined for specific programs
simply by creating a set file for the involved application. When I
asked about this, the answer I received over the phone was less than
complete.

Piece by piece I am figuring most of this out, but the cost in time due
to sparse documentation is agonizing. I realize GW staff have their
hands very full, but please remember that many of your customers do as
well. Time I must put into sorting out WE mysteries is frequently
pulled from hours for which I would be making money.
