Both ways. I just did the add remove the first time but the second time I did 
the emergency removal.

but did you use the emergency removal tool that is on the w e cd? this program 
will removal all the registry entries  that windows add remove does not get rid 
of.

Hi.  It sounds like an uninstall and a re-install might be in order for
you.  WE is a great screen-reader but trust me, it's a walk in the park
compared to what I had to go through when I was using the
others...especially jfw.  don't even get me started LOL!  either way,
that's really my best suggestion.
