There is the Kindle for PC with Accessibility Plug-in you can obtain for

Subject: Kindle App

Hey, just wondering, since there's a book I want to read that is only in
ebook format, can I just get the Kindle App from Amazon? Is there anything
special I need to do to make sure it's maximally accessible with Window Eyes
when I install it?

Thanks much.

Evan
