Re the copyright question, what if the book you are copying from isn't in print any longer and someone across the country wants a pic from it and you own it. Is it ok to send a copy since someone wouldn't want to send their book across the country to someone they didn't now well, not to mention the postage costs? And how would you get permission to do said copy? Write to the publisher? What if it's a privately published pamphlet?
