Your tactics are indicative of a new era for Open Source in the commercial
world. Whilst earning a living as an Open Source professional we do still
share the space with non-profit communities; the bread and butter of Open
Source. The jobs you are advertising not strictly Open Source support or
development roles.

To post non Open Source jobs worth 60K upwards, in the middle of a global
financial crisis, to an Open Source community seems like rather a waste of
time.

Are you sure you have thought through your target market properly? Does your
business manager know you are wasting your time targeting inappropriate
markets? Do your clients know about you activities? You seem overly keen to
post to LUG groups yet you must realise you are off the mark some? To pay
your mortgage you really do need to stay focused...

Why are you here:-/ ?
