My method is to take the URL, wrap it in the bare
minimum to identify itself as a web page, and store it
as a standard document.

When CPRS retrieves the note, it scans the note and if
it finds an HTML header, then instead of displaying it
in a Memo field (the Delphi term), instead, it passes
it to an Internet Explorer component to display.

It works well.
