[Hardhats-members] NEW PERSON entry not allowed

I am unable to add a NEW PERSON using the "Add a New User to the System" option or FileMan, eventhough the user has XUPROG and XUPROGMODE keys. The system hangs after reading the NEW PERSON name from the terminal.   D ^XTER does not show any logged error as well.   How can I add a NEW PERSON?   Regards Usha Make sure YOUR emails don't get lost!
