Known problem, usually solved by a firmware update or using an OS that actually supports TRIM.

The core problem is that SSDs are completely different technogy from spinning disks and you can't treat them the same. You shouldnt defrag SSDs or do anything that does more writes than necessary. And never use a tool like Spinrite on them.
