That there is, Veech. Go to "Start" "Run" and then type C:\ windows\system32\restore\rstrui.exe. If you cannot do from your desktop, do a CD restore to the command prompt with your Window XP install CD.\
Jeff I got hit with a nasty virus (on XP SP3) that did not allow me to use my keyboard or mouse, so I called in a guy to help. He rebooted and popped in a USB stick with a software that he said "froze" the virus, allowing the use of the peripherals. From there is was a simple matter to system restore and clean out with AV. I didn't get to ask him the name of the software. Anyone ever heard of this and what it is called? Veech
