Thx everyone for the replies. Online reviews are pretty bad, mostly. Support seems to really suck.
Installer came out today, (my sister set it up) and he was lame. Poor communication, shoddy work... Half way through I told him to pack up his stuff and send someone else. I'll see what happens and report back. Thanks again -- Al Anger <[email protected]>
