What is the value in changing the 1 method that throws StringIndexOutOfBoundsException to ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException?
The value is that possible user application depending on RI's behaviour will work with ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException but will fail with StringIndexOutOfBoundsException
