Yeah, that is sad indeed.

 

Right now, the GLUT window concept is wired in quite tightly to support 
multiple windows (textures are tagged with Window objects because they need to 
be transferred via RAM if used in new windows, and so on). I'll try to adress 
this issue in a later version...
