C++ code written a C style is usually (but not always!) slow than C code. However C++ code written with proper OO design can be a lot faster, as it can expose much more elegant ways of solving a problem.
Ok, thanks for clearing that for me. I program in Delphi (even slower) and wasn't sure how C++ object orientation compares to it and the good old C :)
