Our hope is that the list is used mostly for discussion and answering questions, where the website holds all of the useful information.
A simplistic view of the workflow would be: 1. Person ask a question of the HLCoders list. 2. Someone from the list writes/refers to a page on the developer site to address the question. 3. People from the list take a look at where the referral is pointing them to and correct if needed. There is also a discussion tab for each of the topics, which can be used for communicating in-context about a page.
