I'm set up the same way, and people have no problem connecting to my server.
How are they trying to connect? GameSpy, GSA, Kali ,and the miserable thing
built into Half-Life all work for my players. My ip on my server is
10.0.0.2, but people on the internet can connect just fine.

Kali, for example, tells me that my ip port is 10.0.0.2:27015, and that my
ip address is 63.230.175.147:27015.

Gamespy shows the correct external address, and likewise lets people connect
just fine.

When you look at your server from the outside, what ip port and address does
it show? Kali is best to use to look for that info as it gives you both,
Gamespy doesn't seem to give you the ip port. But with gamespy, you can
manually add the server (not sure if Kali does that). Will either Kali or
GameSpy show your server without manually adding it?
