You know I may not agree with the tone, but I tend to agree with Ray's overall points (and have for years), and it's not the first time he's made it. While communication judgeing by this list has improved slightly in the last year it's been nearly all Alfred, I think that is because of his roots he understands the customer(serverops\gps) better, and does what he can, I think it's sad that the company as whole doesn't seem to take it that seriously, or at least that's the impression they project.
