Very well said. Alfred, the March 8th update somehow changed the log pulling parameters, and now HLSW cannot pull logs. One of the guys on the HLSW site has said that his emails to Valve have gone unanswered, is there a way for them to get in touch with you (anyone really) at all? (Besides this list, which tends to have, uhh, quite a variety of subjects). It seems that a lot of these guys are left in the dark and then have to scramble every time an update is released.
