Could this be caused by stats uploads at the end of map to Valve? Reason
being... My no crits, no damage range server is not affected by this AT ALL.
Hasn't been ever. I haven't experienced it once there. Huge coincidence?
Possible... but if the server is told to ignore stats by servers with non
default damage settings. Wouldn't it be a good idea to try and block
whatever is sent to Valve? I just find it funny how that server is
unaffected. Whatever.
