http://www.homewrt.org/doku.php?id=overview I am not sure if the howto is entirely up to date - for example I hope they switched to using the standard openwrt ip6assign instead ip6_plen in the /etc/config/network file. I note that until last week I had not touched openwrt in 8 months, and have not yet tried the latest hnetd - what I had tried to do a month or two back with hnetd was on debian. I filed a couple bugs and then had to do something else. https://github.com/sbyx/hnetd/issues one that was a PITA, now closed: https://github.com/sbyx/hnetd/issues/21 This dhcpv6 bug with the cablemodem made PD impossible to use - the "fix" filters it out, but the modem still gets wedged in this state, and the issue remains unresolved upstream at comcast so far as I know. https://github.com/sbyx/odhcp6c/issues/27 As for my relay issue in the previous mail, I think the sanest/fastest thing for me (as opposed to the hnetd folk) to do is write a generic udp relay program for ipv6, (there are many for ipv4, none I have yet found decrement the TTL. Sigh), rather than try to understand the codebase. -- Dave Täht http://www.bufferbloat.net/projects/bloat/wiki/Upcoming_Talks _______________________________________________ homenet mailing list homenet@ietf.org https://www.ietf.org/mailman/listinfo/homenet
