1) 23 on f side; either 2 or 23 on Bb side depending on the situation
2) used to be hard and fast 3rd space C - while this is still my
default, I have been using more Bb in recent years to help certain
passages with intonation, ease of fingering, blend, etc.

Hi all. I'm doing a little, informal and totally unscientific survey:
(1) What fingering do you prefer to use most of the time for high
G#/Ab ?
1a Fingering on F horn: 23 1b. on Bb horn: 23
(2) At what point do you like to switch from F horn to Bb horn
side, when playing an F/Bb double horn? Second line G
