I also think that priority should be to facilitate remote response. We have to establish clear rules for activation.
But more than that, we should focus to facillitate integration of new mappers, be more visible on internet. This means that information should be easy to find, well structured with good learning tools, simple instructions. The present Wiki pages are for Geeks or coordination in general. They do not address to the usual mapper concerns. Pierre Béland
