www.LearnCFinaWeek.com is a site blessed by Adobe, written by a number of the top names in the ColdFusion community. It's a great free resource, being very comprehensive while not wasting time on unneeded basics or features (I'm looking at you CFWACK!)
While it does start from the beginning, and is a great resource for those new to CF, senior developer will get a lot out of it as well. For example, the OO chapter really explains theory well (like many, I came up through CF before OO/MVC, so I can't say I ever received a proper education in that area - I just had to hit the ground running and figure it out as I went along).
