Trust me, the authors discussed a lot about what to cut/add. Most of us don't have a lot of pull in the end. :-D
I suggested a whole change in WACK for 9. It was too late for such a pivot but Bem let me know 10 would change and it is different. I believe the problems are beyond WACK and CF itself. It caters to the basic and enables the advanced so the "official" book did the same.
