Hi, My HP officeJet 7310 doesn't work anymore. It was configured and worked perfectly for a moment. The device URI is hp:/net/Officejet_7300_series?ip=192.168.0.5. Recently, I wasn't able to print anymore. The jobs are stuck anc cups web srever display this message: "open device failed; will retry in 30 seconds..."
Moreover hp-makeuri fails with: error: Device not found and hp-info gives: Using device: hp:/net/Officejet_7300_series?ip=192.168.0.5 hp:/net/Officejet_7300_series?ip=192.168.0.5 error: Unable to communicate with device: hp:/net/Officejet_7300_series?ip=192.168.0.5 error: Error opening device (Device not found). Exiting. I can ping the printer, the port 9100 is open and net-snmp 5.3.1 is installed. rc.hplip status returns: hpiod (pid 12389) is running... hpssd (pid 12393) is running... and rc.cups.status: cups: scheduler is running.
