I would think there are two problems here, potentially. First, if your plan amounts to having HPR host your own podcast, obviously that is wrong. But we also ask that people do not post more than once every two weeks. You may note that I have adhered to this pretty strictly unless there is an emergency of low shows, and even then I check with the Janitors first to see if they want the added show.
Having a series on HPR is not a problem, but I think we do that by topic. I have started several series here, but have always made it clear that I don't *own* the topic, and anyone else is free to contribute. To me, the ethos of HPR is that it is a collective in which group members contribute. And to be clear, all of the above is my personal opinion, which others are free to disagree with.
