Maybe it was nicely called "Hugin". Sorry, I'm writing from my
unprecise memory. I only assited his install standing in the back,
don't remember the details very well. My friend definitely uses XP
though.

Icon files are in the mac directory. The large size application icon
is identical to:
http://hugin.sf.net/css/hugin-icon.png

The original file I had wasn't transparent, and I think was smaller
than 128 piexels. I smoothed all the edges and put alpha channel for
transparency and added white shadow to make it visible on dark
background. Easier said than be done. Took me hours. If Windows icon
can't have alpha channel though, this means nothing.

I think the norms of icon designing is to draw in vector and finalise
in the target resolution.
Anyway, we have a good design now. Just need some rework to get the
image quality up on Windows.

I'd rather keep the original on SVN as text file for now following how
the main README file is saved. Besides, I'm stuck with dial up
connection at least for another week. I'll see.
