Hi, do you have spaces or other characters in your filename?
Autopano-sift-c 123+ is using a script file. But there is a problem with autopano-sift-c, when using a script file, when the script contains filenames with spaces: see http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=2793188&group_id=77506&atid=550441 In this case you could try to rename the folder or file.
