To implement this there were some more changes necessary. Also in the development branch and therefore the calling of PTBatcherGUI is heavily extended and allows what you want. But this need some more testing, and I don't want it therefore copy back to the already released version. So please wait a little time, then I think, Harry will provide a new development version which includes the new features.
