Trying the mentioned 2016.2 beta 1 release, everything related to my 
use (defishing) seems to work, but I'm getting an issue with Hugin and 
PTBatcherGUI in the OS X docker.
after the stitching process is finished and I close the PTBatcherGUI window 
/ exit Hugin, the PTBatcherGUI icon *always* remains in the OS X docker.
Sometimes if I close the Hugin it's icon also remains stuck in docker (see 
below), while the process is already finished. 

Sorry if this have already been reported and thanks again for the great 
work.

After processing a few images I'm basically getting something like this:
