Low level noticed in Mid South too.
I had wondered if the light snow, a few inches only where I am, would
affect Hum.
The modulations seemed very low and the hum level less intrusive- for
this fact alone as well as being a lower level.
I never get 'Turbo' btw :)
I don't get much change in hum level -but if I do, it's usually
weather related.
Moisture level, atm pressure- or in this case, ground cover.
Interesting to see if London get a sustained Hum reduction while
heavier snow persists- as Aux already reports.
