Thanks. My SE Asia travelogue complete for another year, business as
much as relaxation. The Hum is as noticeable there as it is here,
though not to the same intensity. The remoteness of the place coupled
with the minimal electrical infrastructure makes it feel more
invasive. As it said it was as though someone flicked a switch, and
there it was, heard in the same format as here. The dogs clearly heard
it 'cause as soon as it started up they started howling. Here in very
cold NE London it was coming and going in waves this morning, at
present - 23.08, it's off.
