Then maybe it stands to reason that what we are hearing is the encrypted sound of a machine code. I don't know if others are you aware of this, but what is going on in this world is a Global action of manipulation and control.
Possibly the hum is a machine code of a weaponry type system within the grids of their satellite constellations. Just an opinion.
