In my mind there's no doubt about it - it's a Faraday Cage permeating
transmission of sorts, in Tesla's scalar domain rather than the
standard Hertzian one, which is why it can't be recorded on standard
equipment. I agree with Dee that one can sense that data is being
sent, or it 'sounds' that way. It could be submarine comms, or
something else like HAARP, radar or other forms of energy
transmission. Who or what is behind it is the mystery, but what we do
know is that living organisms such as ourselves can pick it up. Sea
mammals are driven mental by it and will beach themselves to escape -
mmmMMMMMmmMMMmmmmm, it must be hell sensing that underwater! Yes Trev,
it is a side effect, one that the originators of the Hum perhaps
didn't anticipate. Thankfully 'off ' here in NE London at
present...............
