I have been suffering a humming/buzzing nuisance since January 2007 -
only heard within my flat. I am cognizant of energy-directed weaponry
and the various military applications of such on target populations
and/or individuals. Whilst I may indeed qualify for such unwelcome
attention, I have been attempting to establish a mundane cause and
find it perplexing that whilst much attention has been given to the
effects, those mundane sources causing the problem, which have been
positively identified (as alluded to in the DoE research, and thereby
rectified) with the result of cessation of 'a hum' have proven
extremely difficult to obtain. For me, it is a logical process of
elimination of mundane sources before seriously considering either
general ELF attack or personal DEW attack. It seems as if anyone
needing to investigate the disruption, is immediately drawn into
psychotronics (about which the individual has no power to eliminate)
instead of hard case studies of 'hums' which have been eliminated
through practical investigation. The problem with this is obvious -
life continues to be reduced to zero quality whilst the sufferer has
no aid in resolving the problem. I read the report by Barry Trower
Report on TETRA for the Police Federation - initially optimistic that
his hum problems matched my own experience but cannot understand how
he (and others) make the quantum leap from eliminating mundane sources
affecting their property and TETRA or other ELF hazards - no process
of elimination is provided and therefore the source of the nuisance
might well still lurk closer to home. For my part, various obvious
things have been done to establish cause within the flat without
success. To date, no measuring equipment has been successfully sourced
or used. Both my landlord and the council environmental dept. still
insist that if they cannot hear the noise, there is no justification
for sourcing equipment available that would be suitable in either
detecting the sound/vibration and that the equipment available to the
council may pick up a transmission but is unable to pinpoint location
or direction from which it emanates. What I would really like is a
list of 'culprits' from which to work which have been positively
identified as the source. Any suggestions?
