Come on Trev, you and I both know they only tell us what they what us know Neither of us has the capacity to quote state the power LEVEL ONLY HAS A CAPACITY TO BE TOO LOW. All we can do is assume they are telling us the truth and not a mistruth But my common sense leads me to they are only telling us a piece of the truth and not the whole entire truth.
