Gtk+ 2.0 supports using Xft in its X11 target. Sometimes you need to set the environment variable GDK_USE_XFT to 1 before starting Gtk+ 2.0 programs, in order to force them to use Xft. I'm not sure whether other targets of Gtk+ 2.0 (Win32, framebuffer) supports Unicode outside of BMP. -- Roger So Debian Developer Sun Wah Linux Limited i18n/l10n Project Leader Tel: +852 2250 0230 [EMAIL PROTECTED] Fax: +852 2259 9112 http://www.sw-linux.com/ _______________________________________________ I18n mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://XFree86.Org/mailman/listinfo/i18n
