Thanks.

Hmm. The list of UCS code points in
        http://www.evertype.com/alphabets/english.pdf
doesn't match the alphabet given.

I think (anyone care to double check?) the correct list is:
0041-005A, 0061-007A, 00C0, 00C6, 00C8-00CB, 00CF-00D1, 00D4, 00D6, 00DE,
00E0, 00E6, 00E8-00EB, 00EF-00F1, 00F4, 00F6, 00FE,
0152, 0153, 01BF, 01F7, 021C, 021D,
2018-2019, 201C-201D

Personally, I don't think of 00DE, 00F8, 01BF, 01F7, 021C and 021D
(thorn, wynn and yogh) as English letters, but I do see 00C6, 00E6,
0152 and 0153 (AE and OE) from time to time, and would appreciate
having them in a font of everyday english characters.
