Guylhem had it on his page for quite a long time. Unfortunately, he has
been reorganizing his stuff recently and I can't find it anymore (try
http://externe.net/).

Well, I send it with the first mail, people will hate me if I send it
again:)

The header states (c) 1997 so it had plenty of time to mature. I'd say
it's been tested out of tree all too long by now

The license of the file says its GPL, however given the author
involvement with various projects (Guylhem Aznar, Chief coordinator,
main contact of www.tldp.org) I doubt it will be difficult to change (in
fact he has been asking for years people to send him layouts so he might
try to sneak in a few other ones).

He didn't oppose the recent kbd merge, for example.

I intend to. However I'd be grateful if knowledgeable people on the list
could tell me if the layout has any chances to be accepted as-is, since
I don't want to bother XFree86 maintainers and Guylhem with requests
that have no chance to go anywhere.
