True.  But you must be aware that many shops use LLA manage the directories
of ISPF libraries in particular.  It's been discussed here and on ISPF-L many
times.    The reasons I did it 10 years ago may not be the same as today
with faster dasd, more cache etc., but here is a post of mine from 1997
that described a big benefit in doing so:
