I appreciate your concern and I hold the same exact sentiment... I've been here for almost 3 years and changes can be very dramatic. I've just learned how to go with the flow... Besides, we've been holding our own when it comes to problems... Maybe we've just been very lucky that each time we run into a "new situation," so has someone else and there's a fix available for us to apply.
