When I lived in Highlands Ranch, I used Comcast cable instead of Qwest DSL.
 Never had any issues on bandwidth usage and I downloaded my fair share of
stuff.

Speed was good and pretty reliable.

Something to consider.  I hope you are not locked into a long term deal.
