You think the author of this article read the IBM financial results that was published this week ? ( In the USA )
I do not think so... in fact, I know he/she/it did not read it and maybe tried to justify the advertising revenue given to them by IBM.
Note: In the USA, this article would be classified as "Airport trash/news" for naive executives
