I suspect you're right, but I was trying to find the reporting of the specific incident cited as happening "at the same time" in Fairfax County (the "same time" being a period beginning 12/31/1999 and ending 1/3/2000, unless I have misunderstood the post). Perhaps the "field day" the press had with the item was not archived for the Internet.
